The hotel is very clean, the pool was fun, the room was nice. When we needed a roll away bed the staff were very accommodating. We have yet to have breakfast but are hoping it’s as good as the reviews have said.

Comfortable bed, quiet and clean room with a bathtub, proximity to the boat rides "Christmas on the Pecos", American and continental breakfast choices. Hotel has a heated indoor pool that was used and enjoyed by several kids while we were there.

Good location to visit Carlsbad Caverns. Well situated in Carlsbad to walk to a chain restaurant. Breakfast was adequate to start the day. All staff encountered very friendly

I called the hotel to let them know that I would be late (5:30 am) after driving all night. When I got there, they had me all checked in, and my room was ready. It was really close to where my daughter lives, which made it very convenient.

I loved the breakfast. It was great! The waffles were great. The batter was perfect. The compliments to the oatmeal were great. Cereal choices were good.

Very comfortable. We enjoyed the whirlpool, the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Plus there were also fresh baked cookies from 5-7 pm. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great not too big or small just perfect in the middle. Pool area was nice. Location was nice next to a Walmart and a Chili's for shopping and dinning out.
